Brick House 1 is situated at Plot 5A, Road 26 by Road 13, Federal Housing Estate, Mile 4, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Agip Estate Brick House provide our guests with incredible experiences in our fully furnished and well equipped apartments. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, with cutlery and kitchen utensils present in the apartment.

Wireless Broadband, a Television with Freeview channels and DVD player are usually available in all our apartments. Working Wi-Fi is complementary in all our apartments.

Rental fee also includes gas, heating, electricity, water and television.
